The office is where we go to complete our work tasks, not a place we go so that we can cause injury to ourselves. Very commonly, the workplace is typically where our neck, back, and wrist injuries occur. Sitting for long periods of time behind a computer screen or repeatedly lifting heavy items can cause quite a bit of damage to our bodies.  It is important to take time through out the day to stretch and give your body a break so that you can be productive without causing further injuries.
