We all know that milk is high in calcium and is great for bone strengthening but have you ever wondered what other foods are great for nourshing your spine?  Incorporating healthier choices into our diets is not only beneficial for our weight, cholesterol, heart, etc but can supply your spine with vitamins and minerals that we probably never thought it needed.  Try adding in a few new foods that contain these vitamins to keep those spinal components working at top notch.
